Somewhere far away from the Light, a message from the supreme agitator is voiced to the collective:"One and all, our collective is growing exponentially. The message voiced from since the beginning has experienced a rebirth with this last generation. Our plans are showing great success. These pithy mortals are so easily deceived. I congratulate you on your quick work. It was difficult for us with previous generations since communication was slow and unreliable. Thanks be to the word wide social network and the opportunity for deception it has brought us. We can now proudly announce that within one generation, most of our goals will be achieved. We have severely compromised and decimated the cozy little social groups they call families. Because of our tedious work they have turned from the ones the pledged to love. They have been easily drawn inward towards themselves and the pleasures we offer them. This is good. We have successfully implemented our separatist ways into society. For a season we led them to believe that race and religion were not the real problem. Those days are now behind us. We have turned race against race, replaced judgement with anger and tolerance with insolence. We have begun to dissolve the silly dividing lines between gender and decency. We have used lust in its many forms, as a powerful aphrodisiac. You have done well but the job is not yet finished. You must continue to convince these helpless fools that there is no hope. Raise up leaders among them who are adept at persuasion. Penetrate their thoughts and dreams at every opportunity. Convince them to question authority. Release their inhibitions to any mindless, ignoble cause of your choice. Prevent them from reasoning together with civility. Exhaust them with agitation and discord. Lastly, do not cease from your work. The ancient One said he would return someday, but did not say when. So continue to make haste. Oh, lest I forget, do not under any circumstances, allow them to find out the truth that has been know from the beginning. We do not have much time left, but they need not know this. Now go, spread disharmony, division and discord and leave your mark on this wretched world."
This has been a written dramatization of fictional, yet likely activity in the ticked-off spiritual realm. Regardless, it is my contention that evil may win for a season, but the battle has already been won by the Lord Jesus Christ. The Name above all other names.
